AI dubbing, done right: how we localize without losing the soul

AI dubbing has gotten very good very fast. It's also getting used very badly very fast. The difference between a great AI-dubbed video and a bad one isn't the model — it's the workflow around it.
Inside our AI production lab, every dub goes through a four-stage process: script localization, voice direction, AI generation, and native-speaker QA. The QA pass is where most pipelines cut corners — and it's where most of the quality lives.
We're sharing our workflow openly because we think the industry needs to set a higher bar. Audiences in non-English markets deserve the same craft that English-language audiences get by default.
